We hope this information will help you and your family make the necessary choices, in helping you make the right decision in the planning of the burial or cremation services. We realize that every family has unique requirements and personal wishes, and that printed information will not provide all the answers to your particular and unique questions. Prior to drafting any contract for goods or services, the responsible party or the decedent’s survivor who is handling the funeral arrangements is entitled to receive a copy of any preneed agreement in the possession of the funeral establishment that has been signed and paid for in full or part by or on behalf of the decedent.

PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

 Basic Services of Funeral Director and Staff….$2,395

  • 24-hour availability of staff to respond to initial request for service
  • Arrangement conference with family or responsible party
  • Preparation and filing of necessary authorizations and permits
  • Bookkeeping, accounting, and general clerical administration
  • Coordinating arrangements with clergy, cemetery, crematory and/or other parties
    Involved with final disposition

 

TRANSPORTATION

Additional trip to Los Angeles County Coroner office ……. $400

This fee for our basic services and overhead will added to the total cost of the funeral arrangement you select.
(This fee is already in our charges for direct cremations, immediate burials, and forwarding or receiving remains.)
Transfer of decedent to Mortuary (within 35 miles) from hospital, hospice, nursing home or Coroner’s office- $2.00 each additional mile.

“Direct Cremation” is a disposition of human remains by cremation without viewing/visitation or rites or ceremony. The expense for direct cremation includes:

Minimum preparation and refrigeration of not embalmed remains
Delivery to crematory
Cremation process (includes cardboard container)
