Prior to drafting any contract for goods or services, the responsible party or the decedent’s survivor who is handling the funeral arrangements is entitled to receive a copy of any preneed agreement in the possession of the funeral establishment that has been signed and paid for in full or part by or on behalf of the decedent.

Basic Services of Funeral Director and Staff ….$1,995
- Our fee for the basic services of funeral director and staff includes, but is not limited to:
- 24 hour availability of staff to respond to initial request for service
- Arrangement conference with family or responsible party
- Preparation and filing of necessary authorizations and permits Bookkeeping, accounting, and general clerical administration
- Coordinating arrangements with clergy, cemetery, crematory and/or other parties Involved with final disposition

A “Direct Cremation” is a disposition of human remains by cremation without viewing/visitation or rites or ceremony. The expense for direct cremation includes:
